CyPhy LVL 1 can upload images directly to social media networks like Facebook, SnapChat or Twitter. Even before the LVL 1 has landed, your friends already have access to your latest pictures!
CyPhy LVL 1 is equipped with Geo-fence technology, which allows the user to define a space with invisible fences. This allows you to simply draw a region in which the CyPhy LVL 1 may fly and the drone will not move outside this area.
A fully charged battery CyPhy LVL 1 results in more than 20 minutes flying time.
The CyPhy LVL 1 has a camera that records video in 1080p HD quality. You can also take pictures with a resolution of 8 MP.
CyPhy Works, founded by iRobot’s co-founder Helen Greiner, started a crowdfunding campaign last week to realize the LVL 1. Through Kickstarter, CyPhy (pronounced ‘Sci-Fi) asks for an amount of $250,000 to start the production.
