Manus VR: feel the objects in virtual reality

This is useful: a virtual reality accessory that allows you to feel virtual objects while playing a game in virtual reality. That’s Manus VR. The gloves are compatible with the HTC Vive and Oculus Rift. It is still unclear whether the PlayStation VR is supported, or whether there’ll be VR marketplaces to trade in-game d2 items and the like. The gloves are fully washable and include some electronic elements that make you feel what you touch – with a delay of five milliseconds between the touch and feel. The battery lasts about eight hours.

To help you a little with your new toy, the Manus VR will come with a demo called Pillow Willow. In this demo, you will have the task to solve some puzzles by means of touch and manipulate objects. You’re in a haunted house and must get an orphan out of the house. During the Game Developers Conference (GDC) 2016, we will see more of this accessory. Until then we have to do with the video above, where a demonstration is given of the toy. For other toys to give a young child, visit Mamonlineshop.

Pricing and Availability
Manus VR costs $250 and can be ordered in the second quarter of 2016. It will be delivered in the third quarter.
